First, you may experience the common life in Beijing from the beginning of practicing Taiji with local people at the Temple of Heaven in the early morning. Then, head for Summer Palace. Equally famous as the Forbidden City, the Summer Palace is up to now the best preserved and the largest imperial gardens in China. Then head for Lama Temple, which is the largest and most famous Tibetan Buddhist temple outside Tibet. Transfer to the hotel after the tour.
